2016
The work begins.
We start doing landscape work and learning to read water, soil, and plants on real jobs.
2020
Altur is imagined.
The big idea: fix damaged land by growing food, wildlife habitat, and healthier people in the same place.
2021
Terramorph grows.
Through Terramorph, we spend years planting food forests, bringing back native plants, and clearing invasive species.
Now
Designing and building now.
Altur offers consultation, design, and installation coordination across the United States.
Next
Work toward a free community garden.
The goal: a community-run permaculture garden where anyone can share the food and learn how to grow it.
Then
Projects start learning from each other.
What we learn in one place, and the people who look after it, help the next project go better.
Horizon
A network of growing places across the country.
Food-growing land that holds water, links up habitat, feeds people, and passes what it teaches from one town to the next.
